REPIXX Art Show




Photographer Chr!s Sm!th decided to create an opportunity to collaborate with other visual artists in the group show Repixx. This show will feature the work of 15 visual artists who will create original works of art that are inspired by Sm!th’s music photography. The artists will be working in a variety of mediums including painting, ceramic and fibre sculpture, illustrations and mixed media. Each artist was supplied with a photo and the simple mandate to “create”! Come see the results as these fantastic new pieces are displayed alongside the photos that inspired them.

Osaka Popstar Devil Dog Art Show

The Osaka Popstar Devil Dog ART SHOW is coming to New York City Halloween Night, October 31, 2008 at the Showroom Gallery!

An eclectic mix of over a 100 unique, incredibly talented artists from all over the world will customize Devil Dog vinyl figures into one of a kind toy-works of art! All will be displayed in a group showing and made available for sale to the public at the "Osaka Popstar Devil Dog art show". The exclusive viewing will be held at the Showroom Gallery (2nd Avenue at 7th street) in NYC on October 31, 2008 (Halloween night) from 7 - 11pm.

Net proceeds from the sale of these one of a kind pieces will be donated to animalrescue.

Many of the artists and other special guests will be on hand and in attendance as will be a wealth of incredible one-of-a-kind pieces unavailable anywhere else!

Vinylview Art Show

Sticks and Stones

The TV movie "Sticks and Stones" airs tonight on CTV. It's about two rival Pee-Wee hockey teams. I was an extra in it. I played hockey fan # 2,334. It stars David Sutcliffe and was directed by George Mihalka.
